A safe place to slow down and invite your authentic self in.

Welcome to Therapy with Erin! Thanks for stopping by :) In my practice, I utilize a combination of evidence-based approaches  to understand how your experiences have shaped how you show up in the world. I believe that therapy is the most successful once the individual feels safe enough to uncover their most authentic selves, and I'm here to walk alongside you in that process!

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health.”

— Bessel van der Kolk, MD, The Body Keeps the Score

How can therapy help?

Do you recognize that you struggle with/from:

* (perceived) rejection, receiving feedback, and conflict navigation (or avoidance);

* trying to or avoidance of setting boundaries due to potential rejection/abandonment;

* anxiety/guilt and you're not sure why;

* feeling lost/lonely because your identity has changed (perhaps into motherhood);

* old wounds from painful memories/experiences;

* relationships and how to stay connected/balanced within them;

* feeling triggered, overstimulated, or stressed but can't identify a reason;

* the unknown causing anxiety/panic;

But you'd like to:

* feel more connected/aligned with your body;

* perceive feedback more curiously versus a personal attack;

* identify what could be stored within your body to contribute to discomfort/anxiety;

* embrace who you really are versus having to mold yourself into a version you're not;

* be able to manage anxiety symptoms when they arise and not have them consume you;

* setting boundaries that align with your values, without feeling guilty or unreasonable;

* develop skills as well as gain more confidence into becoming more authentically you.

What I offer:

As a mental health professional who has been working in the field for the past eight years, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches with my clients to reach lasting recovery and change. I implement clinically-appropriate techniques as a means to promote reflection and identifying how certain patterns/themes in our thoughts and behavior can prevent us from reaching what we ultimately desire (such as more genuine connection with others, more curiosity and less defensiveness, reduced anxiety, etc).

I'd be honored to work with you on this journey. Should we start with a free consultation call to see if we would be a good fit for one another?
